The process begins with a deep snow foam soak and hand wash, followed by a full chemical and mechanical decontamination of all exterior panels. Even fresh from the factory, new cars often arrive with 'transport contamination' including industrial fallout, dock grime, and stubborn adhesive residue from protective wraps, which requires specialised solvents and clay treatments to remove safely. While this is our most powerful correction service, please note that some scratches may be too deep to safely remove if they have penetrated the clear coat.
